Business model
Cooling as a service for developers and institutions: a supply contract per TR instead of equipment and power bills.
One supply contract instead of equipment and power bills
We design, build and operate the plant and network. You sign a cooling supply agreement for the capacity you need. Smart BTU meters measure consumption building by building, and the monitoring system flags faults before they cause a breakdown.
Structures are illustrative. Final terms, tenor and prices depend on the project.
How billing works
| Component | Basis |
|---|---|
| Capacity charge | Fixed, on the contracted TR |
| Consumption charge | Metered cooling energy (BTU meters) |
| Tenant sub-billing | Optional, through the owner. UPI recharge available for occupants. |
Typical structure for district cooling. Set per project in the supply agreement.
