Smart City Climatizer

Technology

Four parts work together: clean power, a central cooling plant, insulated distribution and live monitoring.

Clean power

Solar PV, and wind where available, feed the plant and a battery bank. A PEM electrolyser turns surplus power into green hydrogen, and a fuel cell supplies power around the clock.

Cooling plant

Chillers make 6–10°C water. A stratified storage tank holds cooling for hot afternoon peaks.

Distribution

Pre-insulated underground pipes carry supply and return water. Indoor lines use closed-cell elastomeric (nitrile) insulation.

In your building

A plate heat exchanger passes the cold to your own AC circuit. Your indoor units stay.

Monitoring (CMMS)

Sensors, SCADA and BTU meters track flow and temperature and flag faults early. The CMMS covers asset registry, preventive maintenance, work orders, spares and energy analytics.

Billing

BTU meters measure use per building. Owners get monthly statements. Tenant sub-billing and UPI recharge are optional.

Heating, where needed

The same network can carry hot water for winter heating where a project needs it.
