Cooling infrastructure for cities, campuses and developments.
We build and operate a central plant that supplies chilled water at 6–10°C to your buildings through insulated underground pipes, powered by solar and green hydrogen. You sign one supply contract per TR, with no chiller plant to buy or run.
District cooling is the cooling equivalent of the electricity grid
No city runs a diesel generator in every building. Central generation and grid supply proved more efficient, reliable and economical. District cooling applies the same utility model to air conditioning: one plant, one network, many customers.
| Cooling in every building | District cooling |
|---|---|
| Duplicate equipment in each building | One plant serves many buildings |
| Higher maintenance | Professionally managed operations |
| Lower efficiency, more energy | High-efficiency central equipment |
| Larger equipment footprint | Space saved for owners |
| Greater environmental impact | Lower carbon emissions |
How it works
District cooling is a proven idea in Europe, the Gulf, Malaysia and Japan. The Climatizer adapts it for Indian cities and runs it on renewable power.
Generate
Solar panels and a green hydrogen plant supply clean electricity to the central plant.
Chill
Chillers cool water to 6–10°C. A storage tank holds extra cooling for peak afternoon hours.
Distribute
Insulated underground pipes carry chilled water to each building and bring warm water back.
Cool
A heat exchanger in your building passes the cold to your existing AC units. No outdoor units needed.
Who we work with
We contract with businesses and institutions, not individual users. Occupants of a connected project are served through the owner or developer.
Real estate developers
Townships, housing and mixed-use projects. One contract with the developer or association, not one per flat.
Malls and offices
Large steady loads, long operating hours and strong savings.
Hospitals and healthcare groups
Reliable cooling with backup, for wards and operating theatres.
Airports, campuses and authorities
Many buildings, one plant. Suited to smart city and government projects.
IT parks and SEZs
Phased growth on one network, with space freed on roofs.
Consultants and EPC firms
Specify district cooling at design stage. We support load studies and layouts.
What your project team gets
No cooling capex
No chiller plant, towers or cooling power system to fund and commission.
Space back
Roof and basement area freed for other use.
One operating partner
Monitoring and maintenance handled by the operator, with BTU metering.
ESG data
Renewable share and energy per ton of cooling, reported per project.
